The Cobblecrest neighborhood is located on the west side of St Louis Park in Ward 3 between the Cedar Manor and Minnehaha neighborhoods. Cobblecrest is bordered by the Burlington Northern Railroad to the north, Minnehaha Creek to the south, Highway 169 to the west, and the Hutchinson Spur Regional trail to the east. The community within Cobblecrest is made up of 359 single-family homes with an average year built of 1953. Cobblecrest covers an area of 224.1 acres, which is 18 residential blocks, with approximately 856 residents. Cobblecrest offers residents a strong close-knit neighborhood focused on maintaining an exceptional community.

The Cobblecrest Neighbors Group was formed in 2000 and was designed to provide residents with numerous events. Various events are put together and designed for residents to get to know one another and strengthen the community. One annual event sponsored by the Cobblecrest Neighbors Group is the annual Fall Hayride and Bonfire held at Aquila Park. The Fall Hayride and Bonfire is a fun event for residents of all ages.

Although Cobblecrest does not have an abundance of amenities, residents can enjoy all the amenities and entertainment options in nearby communities. Residents of the Cobblecrest neighborhood are only4-minuteute drive from The Shops at Knollwood offering numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Dining options include Applebee’s, Panera Bread, Blaze Pizza, Leeann Chin, and Caribou Coffee. Shopping options include Kohl’s, Cub Foods, Nordstroms, and Old Navy. Other amenities nearby include Target, Papa Murphy’s, Dollar Tree, and Big Lots.

The Cobblecrest Neighborhood has no parks of it’s own but residents can enjoy numerous parks in surrounding communities.

Aquila Park: Aquila Park is located just outside Cobblecrest offering numerous recreational options. Aquila Park features a softball field, football field, basketball courts, 8 tennis courts, horseshoes, and playground equipment. The park is also home to trail system allowing hiking, biking, and running. Residents are also provided picnic shelters that can be rented out for various events.
